We can provide the range of minimal support or complete accounting services for your company. We have bookkeepers and CPA's who can perform all of your accounting. We can even give your current accountant access to the Billing Master. If you use our accounting services we use both Quickbooks and Peachtree Accounting.

This module is ideal for the employee who is out in the field installing and servicing products. Our remote module runs on the Windows CE operating system, on a PDA device, such as a Compaq IPAQ. We also have industrial grade versions of these devices available, which include integrated barcode scanning technologies and integrated receipt printers.

With simple drop-down selections, the user selects a customer location and adds billable time and product items. All postings are stored in a data file. When the employee returns back to the office they drop the Windows CE device into its syncronization cradle. We provide an application which retrieves the data file and transmits it via the Internet to our server. Our server automatically imports the data from this file into the Billing Master. The work done for that day is then ready for review and invoicing to your customer.
